Do fashion designers wear other designer's clothing?

For example, would Donna Karan ever wear Calvin Klein? I'm 15 and interested in becoming a part of the fashion industry someday, whether as a stylist or a designer. I was just curious about this.|||OMG i want to be a designer too!!!!! And i think they do unless they're in this rivalry but other fashion designers would prob like...... Louis Vuitton.
