Which perfume suits your personality?

good perfume or cologne might prove heavy on the pocket. But it gives the best value for money compared to other packaged fragrances like deodorants, body sprays and eau de cologne.

First, they have the longest staying power. Just a whiff is enough to keep you smelling great for hours. They also lend relief when you are crammed in public transport system!

Indian women seem to like floral fragrances with a woody, musky base, possibly because it complements sultry, humid weather. And a medium, 'fresh' scent is what entices them on a man.

Other favourites that men fancy on their women include Hugo Boss, SCUK and Paloma Picasso, which lend a feminine appeal.

Picks for men: Boss by Hugo Boss; Calvin Klein's cK One; Ralph Lauren Polo Sport and Dunhill Desire Blue.

Picks for women: Davidoff Cool Water; Donna Karan Be Delicious; Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey.

Picks for men: Alfred Dunhill Dunhill.

Picks for women: Giorgio Armani Sensi, Kenzo Flower, Dior|||Boss by Hugo Boss..

What should i buy myself with my grocery store clerk job i have no credit?

OK. I have an obsession with nice designer things and I haven't been able to afford food for almost 2 weeks because I have been saving all my money for 1 or maybe 2 really nice items since my car has been repossessed i have lost 4 pounds in 2 months from walking 2 miles to work and 2 miles back. I have no credit at all. I cant handle not buying nice things and this crappy economy makes me want to scream because I deserve nice things in life too! well anyways.

What do you guys think i should buy with the money i have scraped up?

THANKS!

Megan Fox prom dress?

http://profashionelle.com/celebrity-look鈥?/a>

the website above shows Megan Fox in a really pretty purple dress. I really want to make one like that or sort of like that for prom. The reason I start so early is because it is my senior prom and I want to look awesome! Does anyone know of a pattern that looks like this? Or have any pointers on how to make this dress? You are going to have to talk to her to get that exact dress. it'll be expensive that way. Other than that, you aren't going to be able to find a dress exactly like that. People can't steal dress ideas.

Good luck finding it. If you can look anything like Megan Fox did, then i'm impressed. She is gorgeous

Can you please critique my story, please?

I have about eighteen chapters done. This is the first one though.

“Annabella, wake up. It’s time to get ready for school. Hurry up, Annabella! I’m going to be late to work.” My mother’s dignified figure loomed over me, her wavy hazelnut hair brushing the shoulders of her iron-pressed suit. “This room is a mess.” Her black pumps could be heard as she made her way around my untidy room. Suddenly, her cool bony fingers brushed my cheek. The sweetness of her fruity perfume filled my nostrils. A smirk appeared on my face. Ever since Donna Karan launched the DKNY Red Delicious fragrances for women, my mother fell in love with the red raspberry perfume. But I knew it wasn’t my mother. For my mother had been dead for the past three months. As for me, I was miles away from home, trying to figure out what to do. More importantly, wondering if anyone was searching for me. I had very little things, seeing as I wanted to make a quick escape from the prison cell, also known as my aunt’s house. I had grabbed my backpack and stuffed in one thousand five hundred dollars, a couple pairs of clothes, and the one thing I could always turn to; my iPod. I had received this iPod on Christmas two years ago, when everything was fine, and we were a blissful family. “Enough reminiscing, Annabella. It’s time to leave this dump,” I mumbled to myself. I slowly opened my eyes to the dull sun, barely visible among the hills and the fog. My lower back ached from sleeping on the cold hard ground all night. Like every morning, I reached in to my worn DELiA*s jeans. My fingers groped for the crumbled piece of paper. Here in my mother’s elegant script was her favorite quote. “They who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream only by night.” Edgar Allen Poe. Torn from my mother’s diary, just as I was running away from the future I didn’t have. I could feel my face begin to grow warm as blood rushed my face. My palms became clammy; soon my vision was blurred as my eyes were filled with tears. Rapidly they began to fall. Lacking a tissue, I raised my soiled hand and wiped them away. I wondered what I must look like for I haven’t been able to take a shower. Recovering from the stab of pain that made me shudder, I pushed myself to my feet, picked up my belongings, and trudged forward into the mist. The cloths on my converse were wet from the previous night’s downfall. The rubber soles were starting to wear away. But, I was too attached to them. Converse hi-top all stars…a classic. There was no way I could part with them. Switching my iPod on, “Come Together” by The Beatles blasted through my head phones. I let my mind wander. For music was my savior. |||You've written an intriguing beginning. I'm trusting that you have made more thorough explanations for Annabella's situation in future chapters. I understand that her mother died, but why is she running away? Where does she intend to go? Why isn't anyone looking for her? Etc. My major criticism is with your format: you need to make multiple paragraphs of what you've written; dialogue always requires separate paragraphs for each speaker. I do realize that the dialogue at the start is actually occurring only in Annabella's imagination, but I do think that it still requires its own paragraph. If that is your entire first chapter, I suggest that you combine chapters since it is rather too short. I would be interested in reading more of your story as I am wondering where you mean to take it. My advice is that you continue to write what will be a first draft, then correct and polish it after you've finished. Have someone you know who is qualified and who will be objective critique your story when it is completed -- if you know someone who would be able to do so. Anyway, good luck with your writing!|||Uau this is actually good.|||yea what they said, 2 many brand names|||Sounds interesting! (: I'm a writer too.|||It's sounds like a good base for a story but it also sounds a little rushed like your trying give us too much story to quickly, Also it sounds like your story is being endorsed by several companies with all the name brands being thrown into it, four of them on the first page. I recommend slowing your pace and dropping some of the name brand placement.

What brand of pantyhose is this?

I cannot remember the name of the brand of pantyhose that features on its package a woman sitting down with her legs crossed back under her.

This brand of pantyhose is made in America and though it has been many years, I have worn this brand of pantyhose. They're relatively inexpensive and I know they are not made by L'eggs, Hanes, Round-the-Clock, Hue, Givenchy, Calvin Klein or DKNY. They are not made by No-Nonsense, Penney's, Sears or Donna Karan Hosiery but I cannot remember the brand.

What brand of pantyhose are they? I would really appreciate your help!!|||I wear pantyhose every day for many years and i don't recall that one. Could be out of business or merged with another company. I love Leggs STW and spluge on Wolfords Neon from time to time.|||Well, the only one that comes to mind is No nonsense Almost Bare pantyhose. You basically named all the pantyhose brands that are made in America. So it has to be one of them. No nonsense is the only one that I know of that has an actual lady on the cover. The rest just shows the legs of a women or has nothing. Here is a picture.

If not just start googling all the pantyhose brands and look at their packages for pantyhose. Good luck!

How do you feel about those who fund atrocity's as Rabbi Weiss calls it?

(Google that name go ahead I dare you - listen to the Rabbi who calls Israels actions in Gaza an atrocity and a genocide)|||Thanks--I didn't know and I'll try to avoid them. There's also the OU that gives their proceeds to Israel--they have almost a monopoly on processed products so many products have a "circle U" on them. It's not impossible to avoid though.|||Excerpts from a speech by Hamas MP Fathi Hammad, broadcast on Al-Aqsa TV on February 29, 2008:

Fathi Hammad: [The enemies of Allah] do not know that the Palestinian people has developed its [methods] of death and death-seeking. For the Palestinian people, death has become an industry, at which women excel, and so do all the people living on this land. The elderly excel at this, and so do the mujahideen and the children. This is why they have formed human shields of the women, the children, the elderly, and the mujahideen, in order to challenge the Zionist bombing machine. It is as if they were saying to the Zionist enemy: "We desire death like you desire life."

That's the autrocity.|||As long as terrorists such as Hamas find a safe harbor in Gaza, Israel has the right to respond to their atrocities. Hamas has used suicide bombers for almost 15 years and the deaths have included Americans, such as in the bombing at the Hebrew University in 2002.

I find the Israeli's restraint until now remarkable and those that support terrorist organizations such as Hamas, and their collaborators such as Fatah Al-Aqsa Martyr's Brigade, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, etc to be truly atrocious.|||None of the Israel PM have American blood.... all of them have Russian or Ukraine blood

The Apples don't fall very fall from the Tree = Russian Jews in Israel = Blood thirsty Vikings

Benjamin Netanyahu = Lithuania

Ben-Gurion was born in P艂o艅sk, Congress Poland ( Russian Empire )

Levi Shkolnik was born in the village of Oratov near Kiev, Ukraine.|||The word you want is "atrocities." Apostrophe, s is used to indicate possession, not the plural.|||That's caplitalism for you.|||I think this is one of the few times my Government has spent my money well.

Maybe I'll go out and dance in the street tonight.|||How about the atrocities that are performed on helpless infants, such as male genital mutilation, called circumcision?

These people try to spread the practice among non-circumcising peoples, such as the Africans, ostensibly to "prevent HIV" which it doesn't. They succeeded in years in spreading this practice in the USA, until more people are finally realizing that it's cruel, archaic and barbaric to mutilate the genitals of infants.

As far as the attacks in Gaza, well, if you don't want to be attacked, then it's really stupid to fire rockets at the opposition.

However in this matter, both sides aren't 100% right nor 100% wrong.

There are old hatreds between these people, and this has been going on for years and years, and it's not going to be resolved at any time soon, if ever.

I am disgusted by the actions of both sides, and I don't particularly care what happens to either side, as long as they don't involve the rest of the world in their idiocy.

I finally found a date tonight! Did God answer my prayers?

I prayed to God to meet a handsome dashing and charming man by the weeks end and yesterday I actually DID!!!! *squeee*

I met him at this Boutique, he works there, he sold me this gorgeous RED dress that wasn't too sexy but wasn't too classy either. It was just perfect! He also knows a LOT about fashion, and even knows designers names from Donna Karan to Narciso Rodriguez and even Diane von Furstenberg!!

He also has a male room mate who he's bringing along on our date tonight, and his room mate is a florist so I expect he'll be bringing lots of flowers to me when he comes to pick me up tonight! And get this----they both just moved here from SAN FRANSICO! OMG! It's like the moved here just to meet ME! Two guys in one night, am I a lucky lady or what? See Atheists, God really DOES exist, and he loves us all!|||Wow.....|||And Atheists say Prayers don't work.

(((Red Queen))) I'll bet he can do your make-up, hair, and do interior decorating too. Just a hunch.

edit: oh, and I forgot, I'll bet he'll help you install track lighting.|||This really does sound like the PERFECT man for you!

Too much gay for it not to be...|||"he sold me this gorgeous RED dress that wasn't too sexy but wasn't too classy either." LMAO! Your my kind of broad, Red Queen. Yeah you won the gay ole God lottery. Maybe next time you should pray to win the lottery and then you can buy a hot looking boy toy just like Madonna whose half your age and can go all night like the Energizer bunny. I think you're selling your prayers on the cheap. You're one hot looking babe. Think of all the good you could do with that loot!

Zee-ster,

with ears that make me look like an owl

but I don't give a hoot!

Adjectives and adverbs help please.?

We are concerned (a) with only, (b) only with your welfare and happiness. (The sentence can not be changed around. It's either a or b. Please tell me why you would change it around and what only modifies to make it correct.

Because of excessive costs, designer Donna Karan made (a) less, (b) fewer trips to the Far East and Africa in search of "creative inspiratation." My book says fewer refers to countable items. less refers to amounts and quantities. You can count the trips can't you? If you counted them they would be fewer. But maybe it's amounts because their talking about the amounts of times she went.

Is their a trick to figuring it out?

Do you prefer (a) a 24, 36, or 48 month loan, (b) a 24-, 36-, or 48-month loan? And why?|||"We are only concerned with your welfare and happiness". A and B are both horrid grammatical choices, but I think B is the best option, if you must go with one.

"Because of excessive costs..." Option B, because when you're dealing with a quantifiable number of things, rather than a measurement, you use fewer rather than less. Less milk, fewer cookies -- get it? You're right about the logic -- your ability to count them makes "fewer" the best option.

I'm not sure about the last one, honestly. I believe there's no steadfast technically-correct answer. It's a matter of your preference with how the sentence will look on paper.|||b.b.a|||For the first sentence, I prefer A if there are no other issues. The sender is expressing concern for the customer. Option B implies there are other issues or concerns that can't be solved or addressed at the time (we're only concerned with your welfare and happiness, and we can't fix your leaky pipes or get you a return ticket from Fort Branchtree or whatever).

For sentence 2, my hunch would be "fewer" and it's because of a grammar lesson from junior high school English class. The way we learned it was, "less" refers to one or two things (Bill had 5 toys or trips to the doctor or anything else, Anne had 3, but I had less than 2), whereas "fewer" meant three or more (Jeannette had fewer mistakes, six in all, than anyone else did on the test, except Greg). Another wrinkle is that the phrase "less than" can always be used in the mathematical sense: 56 is less than 186, for example..

I prefer the dashes for the last example. One reason is that someone could say something like, "Well, these are for 24 one month loans" and I wouldn't be surprised if a sharpie tried to do that. When the dashes are in place, just like a 24-hour day, but eight hours per day for work; a 15-minute break during the five day work week; a 30-day loan due in 90 days--get the idea? I think it's when the numbers are linked to a word or a noun that you use the dash, otherwise no. Again, that's from the old school and I don't know how they're doing it these days.

-change 'value' to 'valued'

-Caps Knightbridge

-Make it, 'also an obligation'

-'Where you can find the best stores in the world, which include...*so and so*'

-'Also,' COMMA 'if you would like to visit the especially nice stores....*so and so*'

"Nobody can deny that London is an expensive city, where one pound sterling is valued at two US dollars, but it is a good idea to visit for the wonderful stores.

You can visit the fabulous Harvey Nichols at 109 Knightsbridge, which is just two steps from the famous Harrods. I would further advise that you change some of the words that you used more than once (such as "fantastic") so that your descriptive style has more variety. Think of a better word to describe what you are talking about, as "fantastic" is very vague. I'd also add a closing sentence that wraps your paragraph back up to the main thesis of the paragraph. Something like:

"As you can see, despite the fact that many people consider London to be an expensive city, the shopping experience makes a trip there worthwhile."|||One pound sterling is value at two dollars and nobody can deny that London is an expensive city, but is a good idea to visit the wonderful stores.

What is the best deodorant in U.S? I tried many brands and none seems to work!?

I am desperatey looking for a really good deodorant that does not leave any white stains on colorful clothes. I tried almost every brand in drug stores like CVS and Rite Aids then I switched to Origin brand and it smells nasty. I recently bought an 18-dollar deodorant from Donna Karan and it STAINS my clothes and the smell not that great for the price! Anyone knows a good brand that does not stain? I don't care if it was expensive and if I have to buy it from Nordstrom, I just want a good one! Please HELP!|||I really like Lady Speed Stick... it's purple and comes in a lot of fun scents... but it's very good. I don't get stains on my clothes from it!|||My sister bought an 8-dollar deoderant from Secret. It's perscribed, but it works really well. Secret is a really good brand. I used to use Secret-Cocoa butter. It smells sooooo good. And it works pretty well too. Good luck.|||I would go with Secret Clinical Strength. I use it everyday and have never had any problems with the white getting on my clothes or staining my clothes. It smells great and isn't overly expensive, between $6 %26amp; $8! And it lasts all day and night! Try it out! Hope this helps!|||secret clinical strength works good|||I had the same thing try Mitchum for women unscented, that's the key you should never use scented deodorant because it mixes weirdly with your natural scent, it doesn't stain if you use the solid stick but I prefer the gel but you have to wait until it fully dries.

Please someone I need help to change my ways. Thankyou.|||Wow. Well, if I was you, my first step would be to return whatever you still have with the tags and receipt to the stores you bought them from.

Next, whenever you get paid I suggest you work out exactly what you need for the month to buy food, travel expenses and put the rest in your bank and cut up any cards or ask a friend to look after them.

This may be tough for the first few months but if you can, persuade your sisters you will change or get a friend who can help you by sitting you down and talking about exactly what you need and asking them to look after all the money you don't need to spend and keep hold of your cards so all the temptation to spend is gone!

I also suggest you seek some help from a counsellor or a trained psychologist when you have saved what you can - maybe you buy so many material goods to cover for a loss of something or an insecurity you have. Once the cause is sorted you will feel that it is easier to just stop spending!

Hope I helped hun x|||Im trying not to be judegmental but that list is ridiculous, think of the poor. Is this what you want your life to be about? all materialistic. its sad. I think you need professional help. Good luck.|||Funny, this is the almost the EXACT list you asked in the christmas section on what 10 things to get your daughter, and now your saying that YOU bought all of these....get a life and stop trolling.|||First off..... I agree that you need to change but i am here too help :D

Also only YOU can change your ways and i will include advice but we can't force you. You have the will power to do this.

Now i suggest that you sell some of these because tbh.... where else are you going to get the money from??

I think that the only way you can change is to seriously visit the homeless or something. Honestly it will open your eyes to what is out there and that there are always people less fortunate than yourself. Maybe you can do like 1 day a week volunteer work in a homeless shelter or something. That's what i would do, also your family will realize that with a responsibility like that, you are changing! And will help you out and forgive you.

Maybe limit yourself to buying a certain amount of clothing a week. Say 2 tops or something for under 拢20.? or maybe if you can't do that then 1 top or something and then gradually break it down to 1 top every two weeks etc.

Overall its excellent that you have finally realized that you need help and that you need to change your spending habits.

Also when you next get your pay check write down what you are going to buy with this money, food, bills and so on. This will limit yourself to how you spend the money and you will be surprised! You may even have a spair bit of cash left over to buy something nice for you.(Just not too expensive!)

I am not necessarily going to reccomened a phscologist because they cost money which you don't have. If you really want to then go for it but it won't always do the trick!

Sorry it isn't much help and you may not be up for any of those ideas but its worth a try!

Good Luck! x

Faux-Fur Vest Research Paper?

I am doing a research paper, on a textile trend. I've chosen Acrylic Faux-Fur as my textile, and we also had to choose a garment, so I chose Acrylic Faux-Fur Vests. I need to find a designer who is most supportive with that textile trend, and I have been looking for a few hours, I found one alright one her name is Donna Karan, but didn't find much, but was the most I could find. If I could get some help in finding a designer who uses Acrylic Faux Fur Vests in alot of their designs, or has a few of them in their fall 2009 collection, that would be great. It has to be a trend thats in this fall, which faux-fur vests and gilets are in this fall/winter. So please help!|||See the article below for designers who are big users of faux fur in their collections. Stella McCartney is super famous for using it.

Thank you for completing this quiz!|||Oh I am using stuff that are tested on humans every day and my score is 6 but I am a male and don't use stuff like mascara and lip stick.

Matter of fact I can reduce that down too by cutting out shampoo and conditioner. Razor blades and soap are the bear minimum of basics as I really don't need the rest. Why is this so well where I am out in the desert there is no water and nothing much else refer to my Aviator Picture and you will see for yourself.

Unfortunately it rarely rains in the Simpson Desert like every 20 years of so. So when it does rains I can wash and shave but the only thing is that the flies just love me when I stink.

But I only use about 9 of those things.

I notice that you did not mention influential politicians who are Muslim women, or authors.

As far as global media, I can name at least five Arab media personalities who are highly influential. They just don't get aired on CNN or BBC!!!

And as far as those "inventions"....I hardly see blue jeans or Donuts (for crying outloud) as inventions that I want to be dug up 1000 years from now in an archaelogical site!|||I don't think Muslims are powerless. I just don't think they over-indulge themselves in this life because they know that this is not the end and that the next life is far much better for them than this life. Let them enjoy this life because they will all go to hell anyways.|||because we dont follow islam, we are impacted by their ways, so if money or desires are fulfilled we will easily give up our position. He showered Gold at them just to let them believe in him, not because they had already believed...they were just dumb not to believe from the beginning!|||Hadhrat Thaubaan (R.A.) narrates that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "A time will come when the Kaafir nations will invite each other, just as people are invited towards meals, in order to annihilate you". Someone asked, "0 Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) will their boldness to do so be on account of us being small in number? Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) replied, "No, in fact your numbers will be great, but despite that, you will be like a twig in flood waters. Allah will remove your fear from the hearts of the enemy, (your enemy will not fear you) while he will create "wahari" in your hearts. Someone enquired."What is wahan’ O Rasulullah?" He replied, "Love of this world and hate for death".

The love of the world has made us indifferent towards Halaal and Haraam, and we are extremely coward in the face of death. Despite our large numbers the Kuffar have the upper hand over us.

Did you know that just by doing your week shop you COULD be supporting Israels bombing of Gaza?

Help to stop the senseless killing of innocent people|||yeah i heard of this already am going to try and shop more wiser now................and please ignore all the silly answers by those brainwashed losers..........they think they are so smart when in fact they are the thickest of them all.|||If your definition of 'intelligence' is 'people who agree with me', you're not really someone who's very interesting to talk with. Why can't you see that BOTH sides' versions need to be questioned?

|||Do you have more information on this please? WOuld like to read more.|||sweet, Im gonna go buy all that stuff right now,

who knew I can contribute to fighting terrorism and buy groceries at the same time!

oh, you also "forgot" to mention cell phones and intel processers (yknow, those little chips that make your computer work )

so if your planning on boycotting Israel you obviously have started all wrong|||thanks now i know what to buy|||Thanks for the reminder, I need to go and do my weekly shop.

mmm...coke.|||What is your source of information? Why should I believe you?|||oh no, I'm going to have to stop buying my weekly wonderbra!|||yes. thats exactly y i have boycotted all these brands and products! i dont want support israel killing innocent people. i have tried to encourage my friends to the same aswell|||Well, thank you for listing the companies we need to support. Long live Israel, and God bless Israel !|||You forgot the Levi's jeans,Johnson %26amp; Jonson. Domino Pizza

I have already start the boycotting, though here in Greece we dont have all of these brands.|||You neglected to say that HAMAS, the thugs elected by the folks in Gaza, started the whole thing.

So will make it a point to patronize the business you mention.

I believe Israel just wants to be left alone, and your friends Hamas started all this by attacking them.|||what in the name of the wee man is interested in that,do you want us to stop our shopping for you,get a grip on what is happening in our own country,it is fools that think otherwise..............|||thank You know were to shop now and want to buy

good on you|||No shops on this list that I have patronised - till now!|||does that mean we shoudn't buy Japanese cars or anything from Germany, and any goods from Britain, for droppings thousands of bombs on innocent civilians on Dresden etc?|||In US, just by working and paying taxes we are supporting the Israeli government!!!!|||Unless American corporate conglomerates can effectively and completely end support for military action in these areas, one can never just assume that consumers know what it is that they are inadvertantly supporting.

Furthermore, consumers buying these products should never be blamed or even made to feel guilty for the death of innocent children. That is complete ludicrousity! These big corporations are the responsible ones single-handedly, and more than likely owned by the Jews.

Mike Tarquini- Buffalo, NY 14127 USA

I am not against Jewish decent at all, whatsoever by the way! The filthy rich protect their investments at the expense for safety of human lives. Money, and greed-that is the severe punishment for the demise of the American economy today.

If America could begin to take a neutral stand on war throughout the world we would be walking in the right direction. I do fear Mr. Barrack Obama's interests in the holy land will become a major obstacle in his pursuit to properly govern Washington and help aid our country in making the right decisions.

Mike Tarquini Buffalo, NY 14127 USA

It is my sincere hope that Obama thinks before he leaps, and does not do what the Bush Administration did!|||Great, I will buy from them this week|||It could have never happened if Hamas had stopped the rocket attacks on Israel. Every one seems to have conveniently forgotten this significant fact.|||thanks for the list.

i try to buy products that do not support Israel, but unfortunately I think that is virtually impossible.|||thank you for doing my SHOPPING list will i get points|||Kimimela has given a truly excellent answer. If you are going to boycott Israel and everything associated with that state, please do it properly.

And I wonder how much you're willing to buy that is made in China - responsible for such powerful state repression; or in any of the Middle East outside Israel, those countries which have produced all those terrorists ...........|||so you are the one drinking the coke and eating a big mac|||Thank you for the information. I'll make sure I buy more of those brands from now on.|||thank you. I will never knowingly support Israel.

Its just such a shame that so many narrow minded idiots have answered your question.|||Haha....

Coca cola: Wasn't this the company who let nearly a hundred of its employees die in india from some chemical/factory explosion (they didn't do their proper health + safety checks).

Nestle: Wasn't this the company who let thousands of babies die in africa in the early 90's? They gave out free milk powder to those who couldn't afford to pay for it, and their "natural milk supply" was dried up (women know what I'm talking about). Lo and behold, thousands of BABIES died.

McDonald's: Buying up land, cutting down rainforest's, inhumane management of animals, need I say more?

Clothes companies: Child labour, paying employees less than a dollar a day in most cases, need I say more?

Cosmetics companies: Animal testing, need I say more?

So as you can see, nearly all those companies are all dirty and corrupt, isn't it justice that they go hand in hand with Israel?

Selah.|||please add Johnson %26amp; Johnson

Is this ligit modeling or fake? Help would like professional advice?

So i just recently joined model mayham and i got contacted by someone who said they have a photoshoot for a client and that they are interested in using me for the model and that my pay will be $1,250. I email the main guy that they told me to contact and he tells me i will be modeling jeans and jackets, the photoshoot will be at a studio, and that i should bring someone with me like a bodyguard, mom or dad to make me feel comfortable. They also included expectations out of the model, like very outgoing, in great shape, reliable, etc. I also found out now the client is Donna Karan, and that they are going to mail me the $250 upfront, and the $1000 afterward. They are asking for my name for the check, mailing adress, clothing size, etc. And what that hair and makeup will be taken care of at the studio and i have 12 outfit changes, and there is no nudity. I dont want to be stupid and pass up a great opporuntiy, but im a little weary of how fast this is happening, and giving out my mailing adress. Is this real or fake? It sounds pretty real to me, but i'd like advice from people who are in the bussiness and I'd like to know if this is professional to ask for your mailing adress to pay me upfront. Thanks for your time and help! :)|||I'd be wary too. It's possible that it's legit, but more likely a scam. If you go to meet anyone anywhere, take a parent with you. And if at any point they ask you for money, stop right there, it's a scam. The $250 check they're going to send you has a scammy flavor to it. If they ask you to cash it and send some of it back to them for any reason, it's a scam - the check will eventually bounce, and you'll be out the money that you sent.|||Its OK. This is normal and how modeling business work.

On thing you can do. Ask them to transfer the money into your account and not by cheque. That way you get the money in your account and there is no waiting. Any company actually paying you in the bank is for real.

Good luck with this and well done on landing the job!|||I'm not in the business. But if I were, and I was legit, all of the info requested would make sense to me and be reasonable. My 2 cents|||its a scam

What are you looking forward to this September for New York Fashion Week?

For those of you who don't know what New York Fashion week is, it is when:

Designers produce fashion shows to show off their latest collections. Currently, the shows are sponsored by Mercedes-Benz so they are referred to as Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. in the past, they've been referred to by other sponsors such as Olympus Fashion Week. In New York City in Bryant Park (42nd and Sixth), an 8-acre park that is converted to a temporary fashion arena with tents. The tents are huge, air-conditioned and contain several venues for the designers to show their collections. The individual venues -- ranging up to almost 12,000 square feet -- come complete with runway, seating for attendees, backstage areas, lighting and sound. Some fashion designers choose to have their collections shown in showrooms or other off-site venues during the week.

I am looking forward to see what Marc Jacobs, and Donna Karan will show off on their runway models. What are you looking forward to seeing?|||I'm a definite fan of Marc Jacobs, and I'm also excited to see Vera Wang's and Nanette Lepore's works. I don't think they have the official list of designers participating just yet though.

CEO and Vice President of Valdmore EXCLUSIVE High Fashion/Cosmetics|||You should know what a girl around her age she should get, you'd want to get her what's 'in' right now wouldn't you? after all you are ''CEO and Vice President of Valdmore EXCLUSIVE High Fashion/Cosmetics'' so you should know. why ask us?

Btw she's very very spoiled dont you think? If you really had that much money you could so easily help all those poor unfortunate people that have nothing at all :]|||How about you pick any 10 items off that list yourself, add up the price, and then give it to a charity in your daughters name. Teach her the gift of giving, she's obviously spoiled rotten if she would even consider putting any of those things on her Christmas wish list.|||Oh.my.god.

I didn't think numbers like that excised...

You want to give her gifts like these, to show her that others are in need? LOL.|||you must be joking.

give her a tangerine and a bag of coal.|||whoa you and your daughter seriously need to get a life!|||http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;…

Lol, according to this, you're a 16 year old who hates their mom, not a CEO and Vice President with a daughter!

LMAO...

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;…

you're pretending to be another person too.

THe only truth I've read in any of your questions is probably that you work at a grocery store and walk/take the bus everywhere.|||your daughter is so spoiled she needs to get a life, i saw the other questions under her account and why did ur daughter or whoever that is write it under the account, tell her to grow up|||No offense, but this stuff is way to expensive. This is not what a 16 year old needs. I'm sure she doesn't need anything on this list and you are talking about how you only want her to have necessities! Why don't you buy her a used car and try and get her an acting coach or an acting gig. That should be plenty. I would never even think to ask for things this expensive.|||a 16 year old, getting a $20,000 Diamond iPhone case?

you have got to be kidding, what a spoilt little brat!

and to be honest if you have all this money to spend on your 16 year old daughter, shouldn't you have something to pick things for her, i mean obviously you could afford it..

HAHAHAHAHAHA THE COMMENT ABOVE, WELL DONE, THAT WAS A GOOD ONE, caught the little freak out.|||Have you considered a Tim Horton's gift card. I got one last year. It helped hit the spot on a cold, wintry day.

Ok, I hope that helps.|||are you ******** me? in no way shape or form would ten items off this list teach your daughter responsibility. and NONE OF THESE items would teach your daughter to live off only necessities. maybe you could tell me what of these are necessary to live. I would really enjoy seeing your answer. Flipping ridiculous, get a life TROLL.|||Holy ****, did she really ask for a 440 thousand dollar car?! Uh, maybe the boots? They're relatively cheap (as far as the things on this list go).|||this is crazy! i saw $1450 scarf and stopped reading. hopefully you just forgot some decimal points with those prices.|||None of it x

I have a feeling this is a scam to advertise expensive sh** on herer :/|||The 2050$ Dior Dress.

The rest sounds like a rip-off.|||LOL|||Leather coat made of troll's skin|||wow you must be rich i can only afford one of those things per person. if that!|||You'd "teach her responsibility and that other people live without many things except necessities" if you:

A) Don't give her any of it. Tell her that family is more important than anything money can buy, and that the dollar signs don't represent her value.

B) Tell her she can have as many items on the list as she wants. You'll "match" whatever dollar amount she contributes. (You might find out she didn't really want all of this anyway if she realizes she has to pay for part of it herself.

(Btw, do you EVER want her to get married to someone that loves HER? How many men out there would be able to afford her, much less put up with the attitude that comes with "expecting to be given" all of these things?)|||Oh, that's funny! I thought you were a GROCERY STORE CLERK. 'Cause you know, you asked several other questions pertaining to equally expensive trinkets. How did you suddenly go from grocery store clerk to CEO and VP (which, btw, is contradictory)? You must have some kind of fairy godmother, Ms. Troll!|||I like how you're asking this again... No one's going to answer realistically since pretty much everyone can't afford even one of these things. You should know which ones are the best for her since you're the actual one that knows her, or is supposed to.|||oh my gosh! looking at that list actually made me feel physically sick!!

Why would you buy your child such ridiculous items?! you aren't teaching her responsibility at all!

As I was growing up, i got suitable items bought for me which were quality but not designer, i had to work for the rest!!! She wont bother learning real responsibility!

I now work in a bank and have a really good job because of these life lessons!!

I would suggest as i know you wont wish to disappoint her, that you maybe take her shopping. I know the days of shopping with my mum and bonding together are some of my fondest i will ever have. Talk to her while you are there and explain to her you will get her 5, then when she has her 5 maybe get her 5 more but do it in an 'oooh ok then' way. dont let her have things so easily please.
