Cosmetics brands that do not test on animals?

I'm looking for a big company that does not test on animals. My favourite perfume is DKNY by Donna Karan, but I recently found out that the company isn't against animal testing. So I'd like to buy a fresh fragrance, not flowery, like DKNY, but from a company that does not abuse animals in any way.
