Do you not like girls that are "designer whores"?

I am pretty rich by most people standards and some people think that I am a designer whore because I only wear name brands.

Perfumes:

Celebrity Perfumes

Estee Lauder|||omg people call me a designer whore too.i just tell them i like what i like

they just need to get over it|||Personally I think "designer" stuff is over rated but it's not my money so I could care less what someone else wears. I would rather have something quality that is going to last me than something that has a sticker or label that says "hey, I cost a lot, so I'm important," and proceeds to fall apart after being washed twice.

Being that I sew, I can spend a minimal amount of money and make something that no one else has and look good. I just can't justify spending a ton of money on that stuff. I have kids and a husband and that is money that we can spend doing other things.|||Dislike a lot of them. Not because you are rich (supposedly), but the fact that you focus on the brand of a clothing item rather than the quality of the clothing item in itself. Many purchase the clothing item, regardless of whether it is upright grotesque or alluring, simply to flaunt their social status - unfortunately, those in the lower classes think they can get by by simply wearing those pair of $200 trainers.

By the way you're going, you won't be rich for much longer if you think buying designer labels is of any worth.|||I like some designer labels. But I like shopping at H%26amp;M, Forever 21, and Urban Outfitters. Less expensive and I have more choices.

I was given a very nice and real Louis Vuitton purse as a Christmas gift from my boss.

I try to shop everywhere really. But I like the bargain stores, I can get a whole new wardrobe at Forever 21 or H%26amp;M for $200.

My closet is full with clothes, I had to put some in my roommates closet.|||When you buy a product for hundreds of dollars that cost 60 cents to make, there is nothing good about you. Maybe your substituting your self respect for high end merchandise that means very little and offers you even less. That's a lot of extra money that could go to other things of significance and necessity. Living beyond our means is exactly what is tearing this country apart.|||I shop at thrift stores and I find tons of vintage clothes there, in good shape and in style right now. Everyone always compliments my clothes and people think I'm rich, but I'm far from that. I love dressing vintage. Because authentic vintage is cheap but looks rich.

Hurray for buying 50 cent jewelry!|||Okay your rich, good job. Designer clothes are fun i guess, they let people know you have money. But They get boring after a while, sometimes i go to outlets and buy cheap clothes, so that way when i get tired of them i wont have self pity for spending so much money.|||ii Dont wear any of the above....ii design my own t-shirts and wear clothes from cheaper shops and i can still look good.

its nice to have something designer but thats not mehh.! im a real girl and id rather buy 3 bags for 100 pound other then just 1 thats a label...pffft|||well those things are nice and if you can afford them Then lucky you it's okay as long as these things don't make you. As far as me liking girls like that it matters not what they can afford What matters is the lady wearing it.|||designer brands are rip-offs. you can get nice things for half the price and still look good.

i have nothing against the girls themselves, just ones that flash it around like you. you seem like a show-off to me. i don't care how many prada shoes you have or how many chanel perfumes you own. :/|||ewww...celebrity perfumes? gross.

Everything else is cool :)|||Nothing wrong with that girl! If you can afford it. Better to be a Designer Ho than a Ho. Now go get your shop on and share some of that cash with me!|||I like a lot of those things but I don't always spend money on that stuff. I can't say I know much about you to judge if you are that materialistic.|||lol

I'm glad you did not include Abercrombie and Hollister.|||Well done troll. You've sparked jealousy and anger within the innocent yahooers

I'm not rich enough to wear most of those labels. Jimmy Choo's cost 拢300 upwards|||no, if they're saying that they don't like you that means they're just jealous i think those girls are sexy|||If you're rich then why not wear designer clothes? Enjoy it. ;)|||no|||Will you be my sugar momma ?|||a person is a person. who gives a ****?|||no ur not they just jealus|||I don't understand why you would list all of the designer brands that you buy-in categories, no less .....

It seem's like you are REALLY seeking approval, and you are so needy for it, that you've actually come here to a public forum to list the contents of your closets for complete strangers.

You are NOT the things that you own. You are worth so much more than that!

I LOVE CLOTHES. I might have more shoes than you ;) Some are designer. Some are from Target-because Target makes some cute shoes, and frankly, anyone who would judge me badly for wearing "cheap" shoes is someone I would rather not associate with.

If you are holding yourself up to ridiculous %26amp; petty standards [" I only wear designer clothes, I'm too good to wear cheap ****."], or if you are judging others based on whether or not they wear the same 'quality' of designers that you do- I do not hate you. But I do feel sorry for you.

Hopefully you'll be able to learn the true meaning of personal value in life, w/o ever having a signifigant change in financial status. Do your self a favor- go to a thriftstore. No, they're not all nasty, go to the one closest to your home-you do live in a nice neighborhood, right? Thrift stores in higher income areas are usually clean and full of great stuff.

Don't let yourself leave that thriftstore w/o spending $20. You don't have to buy actual 'clothes' if the thought of wearing someone elses things is just to hard for you now. Buy a belt. Look at all of the funky vintage jewelry in the glass case by the cash register.Check out all of the old ladys gloves- you can get awesome fuschia velvet wrist lenght gloves for two bucks! And they're silk velvet, w/mother of pearl buttons- because 'designer whores' eventually die like everyone else, and when they're dead...

their family looks at all of their expensive, beautiful belongings and says: " Let's take all of Aunt Bettys crap to the thrift store."

It's all just stuff darling. Paying more for better made 'designer' stuff doesn't change 'stuff' into anything of substance.|||guys like it and girls envy it
